Yes! For ready-made rings, we offer free one-time re-sizing prior to shipping.

If you do not know your ring size, you may request for us to send you a ring-sizer, or visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized. An online option you can also try is this website ((https://findmyringsize.com/?layout=2)to be accessed on laptop or desktop only).

Absolutely! Our jewellery are made of only the finest quality materials. Stones and metals naturally differ in quality (i.e. diamonds differ depending on clarity, cut and color; gold color can vary depending on karat), but we pride ourselves in making sure each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each piece is unique, we make sure to specify the materials in each listing. We are confident in our products. If, upon having the jewellery inspected by a qualified gemologist, it is not as represented, we'd be happy to provide a full refund.
