Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?We are based in Singapore but are happy to ship worldwide! Please note international clients are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and/or VAT in their country.

Can I customise an order?We would love to help create your dream ring! If you have something in mind that you just aren't finding out there, send us an email and we will make your dream a reality. Contact us at hello@gembrulee.com

Can I resize my ring?Yes! For ready-made rings, we offer free one-time re-sizing prior to shipping.

What if I don't know my ring size?If you do not know your ring size, you may request for us to send you a ring-sizer, or visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized. An online option you can also try is this website (to be accessed on laptop or desktop only).

Is your jewellery made of quality materials?Absolutely! Our jewellery are made of only the finest quality materials. Stones and metals naturally differ in quality (i.e. diamonds differ depending on clarity, cut and color; gold color can vary depending on karat), but we pride ourselves in making sure each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each piece is unique, we make sure to specify the materials in each listing. We are confident in our products. If, upon having the jewellery inspected by a qualified gemologist, it is not as represented, we'd be happy to provide a full refund.

Can we meet in person?Yes! You are encouraged to book an appointment as nothing beats the experience of viewing and touching these special gems in person! Alternatively, we are also happy to set up a virtual appointment so that you can still view the actual pieces remotely.
